Sign of a funfilled, great day......

I will be the first to admit that my daughter is a PIG........This was the shirt I took off of her last night. A little ketchup, some baked beans, some ice cream and alot of dirt. Sign of a good day? I think so!! Hope fully a little bleach will do the trick, otherwise to the garbage it goes!! This is why I buy ALL of her summer clothes at garage sales for .50!!!!!

And on Grandma and Grandpa's farm they had a.......POT BELLY PIG!!!





Grandpa has finally got his pot belly pig. Grandma was a little hesitant at first to "allow" her to come home......but deep down she loves her!! The name is still undecided and up to Megan, Emily and Kendal!

LOOK....how sweet she even gave me a kiss while I held her!

Last night we went to the ECFE vehicle fair. Kendal thought it was pretty funny that she got to write on a car with chalk. She signed her name. We saw lots of emergency vehicles and her favorite was the school bus.

Mom and dad outside+ Kendal supposivly watching a movie= Tatoos




Saturday night we had some friends over for a bonfire....Kendal was very sleepy after a long day of being outside and decided she wanted to go in the house to watch a movie. After a quick shower, warm jammies, a glass of milk and some cookies she sat down to watch "spy Kids". I told her to knock on the window if she needed anything, and of course she did several times. Then about a half hour went by, and I had just said to my girlfriend that Kendal must have fallen asleep.....And there she was walking outside announcing she had given herself "tatoo's"......Luckily she did them at the kitchen counter and managed to not spill a drop on the floor!!! Note to Mommy.....Never Ever forget to put the polish away when finished with it!!!

I want to be a chef......




While Kendal was helping me cook the other night she told me she really wants to be a chef when she gets big.....I asked her if she knew what a chef did and she said.......Um Yeah....They cook stuff!! Silly mom to think she didn't know!!

Swimming Lessons

Kendal started swimming lessons this past Monday....She was a little nervous throughout the day because Mommy wasn't going to go in the water with her, but she jumped right in when her teachers called her class. She has made mommy a little nervous now with wandering out into the deeper water without her teachers!!!!

Kendal got a phone call from Princess Ariel on the day of her birthday party. She wished her a happy third birthday! Kendal was very excited!

Kendal loves her bath nights....it is a battle every time to get her out. She lays down in the water now until all the water has drained out, then cries because she is cold, but still has to be dragged out!!

New Ulm has it's own little parade of lights every year the day after Thanksgiving. Kendal waved to all the people in it and wished them all a Merry Christmas as well. She was very excited about all the horses, lights, and snowmen. But when Santa came along at the end of the Parade she squealed with delight!

We went to Sleepy Eye with Grandma and Grandpa friday Aug 17th. Kendal loves sweet Corn!!!! She rode on Ponies, on a train, swang on the sings and ate LOTS of corn. Oh and she danced with Grandpa "egg"!

We spent last Friday (August 10th) at the Chidren's hospital getting some testing done on Kendal. She was very excited to see that Snoopy was there! She also spent alot of "waiting" time looking at the "beautiful ladies" out the window. The ladies actually were statues of kids in a water fountain.

Kendal decided that she needed a "little of mommy's make-up" to go visit grandma Ruth in the Hospital. She liked the lipstick the best....can you tell? She also had pretty green eyes like mommy!

We were lucky enough to spend the fourth of July with grandma and grandpa, Auntie Mary Jo and Uncle john in St. Peter. Kendal loved the parade, but had Auntie Mary Jo cover her ears when the firetrucks went by. She danced, rode ponies and fed baby goats. She was a trooper!

With the weather being so hot, Kendal and Mom decided to head to the beach,(flandrau State park) in New Ulm. Kendal had lots of fun digging in the sand, making castles, and "getting mommy all wet"!

Kendal went on her first fishing trip today. We went to the river in New Ulm, with some of her friends. We didn't catch anything, but had a great time.

Meet the newest member of the Conrad family!! Lizzy is a 2 year old cocker spaniel we adopted from the humane society. She loves Kendal and even sleeps with her at night!!! It took her awhile to get used to us but has adjusted well. I only wish Bailey would take a few lessons from her.

Kendal, Anton, and Ella enjoyed an afternoon at the park. Their favorite part was the "steep slide" as they all called it. It is always fun to watch them play together.

So nobody can ever say that Kendal is lacking in imagination. Meet her "family".....The Prego is the grandfather, The homemade salsa is grandmother, Daddy is the soy sauce and I am the peaches. She played with her "family" for almost an hour. She even went and got a ball to play "basketball" with them all!!!
